Terms and Conditions SurgaVIP — Complete Platform Usage Guide

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the SurgaVIP website accessible at surgavip.top and the official SurgaVIP mobile app published by the management.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at SurgaVIP.
• "Operator" refers to SurgaVIP and its parent company responsible for the operation of this platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual cash amount in a member's account, excluding any bonus that has not yet met the rollover requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other incentives granted by SurgaVIP to members through any campaign or promotion.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" refers to the identity verification process (Know Your Customer) required before the first withdrawal is approved.

Access to the SurgaVIP platform is restricted to individuals who fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each member is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account username and password. You are advised not to share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. SurgaVIP will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the member's own negligence.

• Each account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or given to another party.
• Members must update their personal information whenever changes occur, particularly the phone number and email address used for account verification.
• Any suspicious account activity must be reported to SurgaVIP immediately via live chat or support email.
• SurgaVIP supports two-factor authentication (2FA), which can be enabled through your account settings for an added layer of security.

Members who are inactive (no login activity or transactions) for more than 12 consecutive months will be considered an inactive account. SurgaVIP reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee of RM5 on inactive accounts after that period, provided the account balance exceeds zero.

SurgaVIP supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Deposit: RM10 per transaction.

• Deposit Processing Time: Between 1 and 5 minutes depending on the selected payment method.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the SurgaVIP customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be returned to the member once all required checks and conditions have been met.

SurgaVIP reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• The member has been found to have violated any of the terms set out in this document.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• The member has failed to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• There is a directive from the relevant authority or regulatory body.

In the event of termination due to a terms violation, SurgaVIP reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings associated with fraudulent activity. Valid original deposit amounts will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable laws.
